1.Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of medical equipment .
2.Perform routine maintenance and calibration of biomedical equipment such as patient monitors, defibrillators, infusion pumps, and imaging devices.
3.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, utilizing technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
4.Assist in repairing and replacing faulty parts or components
5.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies related to biomedical equipment.
6.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
7.Provide technical support and training to hospital staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
8.Stay updated on advancements in biomedical technology and participate in training programs as required.

3.Research, understand proper service manuals to provide online and offline machine repair.
4.Ensuring High Customer satisfaction and the performance of all instruments to full specifications Managing corrective and preventive maintenance plans and handles customer complaints.
5.Ensuring all service goals such as response and call time, customer satisfaction levels are in place.
6.Schedule and take follow up of preventive maintenance of machines.
7.Effectively managing activities of the medical equipments.

1.Ensures the implementation of sales guidelines and sets sales targets for the assigned sales organization.
2.Develops and proposes sales budgets and growth forecasts aligned with the sales strategy of the unit(s).
3.Hiring and driving distributor to meet assigned targets.
4. Driving strategic key account business with the help of imaging sales team.
5 Manages completion of budgets and regular sales reporting.
6.Defines and allocates resources.
7.Cooperates with Marketing, Product Management and Project Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning.
8.Drives customer focus within the organization and initiates / contributes to planning of customer related product development measures or the setup of customer related projects.
